NABARD extends the timeline for submission of supervisory returns till June 30, 2020

The National Bank for Agricultural and Rural Development (NABARD) on April 22, 2020, has decided to extend the timeline for submission of various supervisory returns received by the Department of Supervision (DoS) due to the COVID-19.

The various supervisory returns of RRBs and RCBs are as follows: - 

 The forms submitted by RRBs, such as Form A (Fortnightly and Annual), Form VIII (Monthly), Form X (Annual), OSR1 to OSR9 (Annual), FMS-2 to FMS-4 (Quarterly), KYC statistics (Quarterly), KYC return (Quarterly), IRS and SSL (Quarterly), Investment (Half-yearly) have been extended.

 The forms submitted by RCBs, such as Form B (Fortnightly), Form I (Monthly), Form IX (Monthly), Form IX and Form B Special (Annual), FMS-2 to FMS-4 (Quarterly), KYC statistics (Quarterly), KYC return (Quarterly), IRS and SSL (Quarterly), Investment (Half-yearly) have been extended.

The extension is for a period of two months, that is upto June 30, 2020. This extension is not applicable to returns which are to be reported as-and-when basis e.g. Fraud Management Return (FMS-1), cyber security incident and such others.

All communication or request to the DoS should be done through a corporate email without physical movement of papers.
