The Jammu and Kashmir Animal Husbandry Directorate on April 09, 2020, has introduced an online support ticket-based system for addressing public queries/grievances to prevent the outbreak of COVID-19.

The Jammu & Kashmir Animal Husbandry Directorate says that once the system gets operationalization it will not only decrease the need for public interactions at offices but also make the dealings efficient and transparent.
