DGFT extends the one-time relaxation under the EPCG till March 31, 2021

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on April 07, 2020, extends the time period to receive requests in Regional Authorities (RAs) for block-wise and Export Obligation Period and submission of installation certificate has been further extended up to March 31, 2021.

Therefore, DGFT extends the time of receipt of requests till March 31, 2021 in respect of:

Public Notice No. 35/2015-2020 dated October 25, 2017: Onetime condonation of time period in respect of obtaining block-wise extension in Export Obligation period under Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) Scheme.

Public Notice No. 36/2015-20 dated October 25, 2017: Onetime condonation of time period in respect of obtaining extension in EPCG Scheme and 

Public Notice No. 37/2015-2020 dated October 25, 2017: Onetime relaxation for condonation of delay in submission of installation certificate under EPCG Scheme.

Additional composition fee of Rs. 5, 000/-, mentioned in these Public Notices, is not required to be paid.
