The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) on March 04, 2020, informs that the facility of filing FSSAI registration applications through Common Service Centres got terminated with effect from March 01, 2020.

However, FSSAI informs that the agreement signed between FSSAI with CSC e-Governance Services India Ltd. (CSC) to facilitate Food Business Operators (FBO) in applying Registration Certificates through Common Service Centres will come to an end on March 31, 2020.

Therefore, FSSAI has stopped the facility of filing of new applications for Registration Certificates through CSC with effect from March 01, 2020. Thus, the CSC Executives shall provide the printouts of Registration Certificates to FBOs (if granted by the Registration Authority) against already applied applications.
