DGFT removes the pre-export conditions for Standards Input Output Norms

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on February 14, 2020, has made amendments to remove pre-export conditions for the items mentioned against Standard Input Output Norms (SION E-121, E-122, E-123, E-124, E-127 and E-128.

The following condition mentioned below the SIONs E-121, E-122, E-123, E0124, E-127 and E-128 stands deleted.

“First export will take place and import will be allowed only after grant of Export Obligation Discharge Certificate (EODC) as per conditions number 2 and 3 mentioned in the Policy Circular No. 13 dated September 26, 2005.
