Government of Kerala revises the minimum rates of wages of employees in Liquor Trading and Vending sector

The State Government of Kerala has revised the minimum rates of wages, dearness allowance (DA) and the service weightage payable to the workers employed in Liquor Trading and Vending sector.

The followings are the categories:

1.

Grade I:

Manager, Accountant, Cashier

Rs. 15,390/-

2.

Grade II:

Route Manager/Bill Collector, Checker, Cook, Clerk, Driver

Rs. 14,870/-

3.

Grade III:

Store man /Store Worker, Salesman/ Supplier, Transport Workers, Shop Manager, Depot Workers

Rs.14,480/-

4.

Grade IV:

Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Boy/ Cleaner, Watch Man

Rs. 13,715/-

5.

Grade —E:

Board Boy, Canteen Salesman

Rs. 13,870/-

B.

PIECE RATE WORKERS:

Labelling Worker

 

The employees who shall complete five years of continuous service shall be paid the service weightage at the rate of 1% of the revised basic wages.
