The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) on November 29, 2019, has published the Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions (1st Amendment), Rules, 2019 to further amend the Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Rules, 2016.
The vide Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions (1st Amendment), Rules, 2019 amends Rule 10 which specifies the procedure for Appeals to the Appellate Tribunal and Form 3 in which Appeal is to be filed, of the Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Rules, 2016.
