The Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on November 06, 2019, specifies certain conditions to be adhered to by Mutual Funds, while making any changes in terms of an investment under the SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996. SEBI modifies the conditions stated under Circular No. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF4/CIR/P/2019/102 dated September 24, 2019.
