MoLE declares services engaged in the industry of Oilfield to be a public utility for a further period of six months

The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoLE) on October 30, 2019, has declared the services of the industry engaged in any oilfield, which is covered under entry 17 of the First Schedule to the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 to be a public utility service.

MoLE decalres services of the industry engaged in any oilfield to be a public utility service for a further period of six months with effect from October 30, 2019 in public interest.
