Constitution of ICC under Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013

The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) on July 08, 2019, has directed to constitute Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) as per the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. In case of failure to constitute an Internal Committee, he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to Rs. 50,000/-. Therefore, all concerned are requested for taking necessary action to constitute ICC, if not already done, strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Act, 2013.
