The West Bengal Labour Commissioner specifies the minimum rate of wage in the employment of Clinical Nursing Home which will be effective for a period from July 01, 2019 to December 31, 2019.

Unskilled

Rs. 8177.00

Rs. 7175.00

Semi-skilled

Rs. 8995.00

Rs. 7892.00

Skilled

Rs. 9895.00

Rs. 8681.00

Highly Skilled

Rs. 10884.00

Rs. 9550.00

The classification of employees is a follows:

Ø  Unskilled: Ayah, Ward Boy, Ward Assistant, Attendant, Durwan, Peon, Security Personnel, Housekeeping Assistant, Sweeper, Cleaner, Office Bearer, Canteen Boy;

Ø  Semi-skilled: Male Nursing Attendant, Male Medical Attendant, Trained Ayah, Lab Attendant/Blood Collector, Receptionist, Cook,;

Ø  Skilled: Nurse, O.T. Assistant, Technician, X-Ray, C.T. Scan Technician, Laboratory Technician, Dental Technician, Medical Record Keeper, Supervisor, Clerk, Cashier, Accountant.

Ø  Highly Skilled: Senior Nurse, Pathologist, Matron, Dietician.
