In order to improve ease of doing business and reduce transaction cost it has been decided to discontinue the requirement of submission of physical copy of RCMC with effect from July 01, 2019. A copy of the RCMC is a requirement for filing any application to DGFT offices for obtaining incentives or entitlements under FTP, 2015-20.

All exporters are advised to ensure that their valid RCMCs are duly uploaded by their respective Export Promotion Councils (EPCS) in the DGFT server. All EPCS are requested to ensure that their latest data regarding RCMCs is uploaded in the DGFT server urgently and also on a regular basis so that exporters are not put to any disadvantages in availing incentives or entitlements.
