GNCTD further extend HESMA against contract employees engaged through outsourced agency in CATS till November 03, 2019

The Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on April 30, 2019, has extended Haryana Essential Services Maintenance Act 1974, (HESMA) for another period of six months against contract employees engaged through outsourced agency in Centralised Accident & Trauma Services (CATS) with effect from May 04, 2019 up to November 03, 2019.

Whereas the vide Home Department Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) Notification No. F.3/06/HESMA/2017/HP-II/1078-90 dated November 01, 2018, HESMA was imposed against contract employees engaged through outsourced agency in CATS for a period of six months to secure uninterrupted Transport services necessary for the citizen of Delhi. The notification is valid up to May 03, 2019. 

Therefore, Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has decided to further extend HESMA for another period of six months that is till November 03, 2019 against contract employees engaged through outsourced agency in CATS.
