DGFT amends Para 2.16 of the Hand Book of Procedures of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on April 04, 2019, has made amendment in Para No. 2.16 (a) of Hand Book of Procedures (HBP) of Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-20 which specifies the validity period of Authorisation or Licence or Certificate or Authorisation Permission or CCPs to enhance the validity period of export authorisation for restricted (Non-SCOMET) goods from 12 months to 24 months.

The revised para 2.16 (a) Sr. No. (i) of the HBP of FTP 2015-20 would be read as under:

Effect of this Public Notice: Para No. 2.16 (a) of HBP of FTP 2015-20 has been amended to enhance the validity period of export authorisation for restricted (Non-SCOMET) goods from 12 months to 24 months.
