CBIC defers the implementation of Circular regarding Electronic Sealing- Deposit in and removal of goods from Customs Bonded Warehouses

The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on December 31, 2018 has decided to further deferred the implementation of Circular No. 19/2018 dated June 18, 2018 provided for RFID- sealing of goods deposited and removed from Customs Bonded Warehouses.

The implementation of the Circular was deferred vide Circular-41/2018-Customs dated October 30, 2018 to January 01, 2019. The implementation of the Circular thus stands deferred.
