Haryana Government exempts all Commercial Establishments and Establishments from the requirement of periodic renewal of Registration Certificates

The State Government of Haryana on November 21, 2018 has exempted all the Commercial Establishments and Establishments from the requirement of periodic renewal of Registration Certificates of such Establishments and Establishments.

The State Government of Haryana exempt all the Commercial Establishments and Establishments coverable within the meaning of Section 2 clause (iv) which defines “Commercial establishment” and clause (viii) which defines “establishment” respectively of sub-section (1) of the Punjab Shops & Commercial Establishments Act, 1958, from the operation of the provisions of clause (ii) of sub- section 2 of section 13 of the Act regarding requirement of periodic renewal of Registration Certificates of such Establishments and Establishments issued under clause (i) of sub- section 2 section 13 of the Punjab Shops & Commercial Establishments Act, 1958, with immediate effect.
