UGC invites Responses regarding Issues pertaining to Implementation of Regulations on (Minimum Qualification for Appointment of Teachers and Staff in Universities and Colleges and other Measures for the Maintenances of Standards in Higher Education), 2018

The University Grants Commission (UGC), on July 18, 2018 had notified the Regulations on (Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and other Staff in Universities and Colleges and other Measures for the Maintenances of Standards in Higher Education), 2018. To look into various issues pertaining to implementation of these Regulations, the UCG has constituted an Anomaly Redressal Committee.

The UGC, vide a Public Notice dated November 26, 2018, has invited the responses from the State Government, Universities, Colleges and faculty and other stakeholders regarding the issues involved in implementing these Regulations for consideration of the Anomaly Redressal Committee.

The responses may be sent to the UCG on [email protected] latest December 15, 2018 to enable UCG to place them before the Committee for consideration.
