Labour Commissioner (Central) vide notification dated August,07 2018 has issued notification regarding launching of online registration/licences under Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act,1970,Inter-State Migrant Workmen(RE&CS) Act,1979,Building and Other Construction Workers (RE&CS) Act,1996 through Shram Suvidha Portal.
Principal Employer/ Contractors shall apply for registration /licences for above mentioned act only through Shram Suvidha Portal on following link
