The draft of Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) Amendment Regulations, 2018 relating to standards for pork, beef, mutton, chevon, poultry meat, eggs, bivalve mollusc, caviar, frozen fish sticks, scallop products and extension of scope of proprietary food have been published by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) on April 26, 2018.
